Using Bay Area data, I created a compilation of charts illustrating market seasonality. Most NorCal newsletters have their own specific monthly-trend charts illustrating seasonality, but using the much larger data set removes anomalies sometimes seen in county markets.
Sellers, in particular, are typically very interested in how seasonality affects the market, especially at this time of the year.
