Our landlord leasing practice was built from the need in the SF market to professionalize the leasing experience. In response to investor clients asking us (and in some cases begging) to support their leasing needs, citing that existing leasing options were subpar, we created our leasing practice in 2015. Unlike other leasing solutions in the market, we bring the same rigor to leasing properties as we do to selling homes. We are proud that our leasing practice has raised the bar for leasing services in San Francisco.
Having built and sold a marketing agency, Alexander Lurie has ingrained marketing excellence into the DNA of The Lurie Group. Our marketing sets our client’s properties apart. To achieve the highest possible rental rate in the shortest period of time, our compelling marketing copy and professional photographer photos make an important difference. Moreover, we ensure a seasoned member of our team is always on site showing your property and answering questions. We know that who shows your property matters to a renters decision to rent.
We know how important who you rent to is. The price of picking the wrong tenant is expensive and can have serious economic and not to mention time-consuming consequences on owners. For this reason, our team goes through great lengths to conduct thorough background and reference checks on your prospective tenants.
As part of our leasing service, we work with you to ensure receipt of your new tenant’s damage deposit and first month’s rent.
It is critically important that the terms of your lease agreement are properly documented and memorialized in writing. Far too often we see clients who had been mistakenly using outdated, non SF leasing forms that are not properly filled out and completed. We ensure our clients use the most current San Francisco rental agreement forms and that the leasing agreements are properly completed and signed by your tenant.
Our passion is supporting clients who value exceptional results and client care. We look forward to the opportunity to work together.
