Southeast | District 10

District 10 is located in the Southeast portion of San Francisco. The neighborhoods in this district include: Bayview, Crocker Amazon, Excelsior, Outer Mission, Visitacion Valley, Portola, Silver Terrace, Mission Terrace, Hunters Point, Candlestick Point, and Little Hollywood. 
 
This district was once an industrial area, but has become ripe with investment opportunity - from residential to commercial properties. Once home to the 49ers Stadium, Candlestick Point Park is now an open space area - great for walking and biking. Other attractions include John McLaren Park, a peaceful oasis that includes a nine-hole golf course, a lake, tennis courts, and the 700-seat Jerry Garcia Amphitheater. The Excelsior, Outer Mission, and Little Hollywood are also popular locations for young families and first-time homebuyers in the City.
