District 9 is located in the Central East portion of San Francisco and is the largest district in the city. The neighborhoods in this district include: Bernal Heights, Inner Mission, Mission Bay, Potrero Hill, South of Market, Yerba Buena, South Beach, and Central Waterfront/Dogpatch.
This district is well known for its sports arenas, with the home of the SF Giants at Oracle Park and the home of the Golden State Warriors at the newly-built Chase Center. The Transbay Terminal has also made this area a hot destination for commuters, and the Mission District nightlife has attracted many young, tech workers.
District 9 is widely recognized as one of the best up-and-coming areas for real estate investment in the City.
