Crafted through a unique collaboration, this remarkable 12-story edifice is the brainchild of Bjarke Ingels Group from Denmark, interior architect IwamotoScott from San Francisco, and architect of record Handel Architects of San Francisco.

Inside, the residences embody an artistic essence. Angular forms harmonize with authentic raw materials like concrete and wood, blending bold black and white backdrops with accents of inviting natural tones. This fusion creates an unprecedented aesthetic, diverging from the norm in form, color, and style. The textured, bright white facade takes inspiration from contemporary architecture, while the Turk and Market flatiron pays homage to early 20th century San Francisco. Notably, the diverse array of window shapes and sizes fosters a seamless connection between the interior and the vibrant surroundings.
