Park Tower

The winner of the 2018 Best of the Bay Development of the Year, Park Tower is LEED Gold Pre-Certified in San Francisco’s South Financial District. It also happens to be a home of tech giant Meta, who leased every floor to enjoy the building’s 14 sky decks, plentiful outdoor space, and proximity to the Transbay Transit Center.

The exterior of the tower features floor-to-ceiling glass, accentuated by vertical glass fins that correspond to the positioning of the tower terraces, which are spaced at intervals of three stories. The podium section of the building also incorporates single-floor fins to create a more human-scale experience at the pedestrian level. The fritted pattern, utilized on the facade, extends down to the base of the building, maintaining consistency in the tower's design and materials across the three distinct massings.

The tower features a spacious outdoor plaza at its base, covering an area of 3,600 square feet and boasting a soaring 35-foot-high ceiling. This outdoor space, known as privately owned public outdoor space (POPOS), is situated adjacent to both the tower's main lobby and the adjoining retail area. In addition to various seating areas, a significant highlight of this outdoor plaza will be a captivating artist installation, specifically designed to be integrated into the main wall of the tower's core.
Developers involved in the project include Goettsch Partners and Solomon Cordwell Buenz.
