Replacing the historic McRoskey Mattress Factory, 1687 Market Street is a 17-story project delivering 102 affordable rental units and 28,770 sq ft of dedicated arts space. The first four floors house a black box theater, café, rehearsal space, and events lobby.

Shared amenities include a rooftop terrace, fitness center, laundry, and community room. The project is designed by Mark Cavagnero Associates and funded in part by a $100M donation from Mary Miner.
