She is the daughter of immigrant parents who fled the tumultuous region of Odessa, Ukraine in 1989 to create a better life in California. Yelena is the shining example of someone who has made the most of every opportunity and has consistently succeeded in both personal and professional endeavors.
Yelena has a B.S. degree in Business Management. For 15 years she has managed various law firms, where she has played a vital role in operations, client relations, and management. These roles and because of her status as a long-term San Francisco resident and homeowner, she has had the unique opportunity to keep her hand on the pulse of the real estate market, which she has always had a keen interest in and had an affinity for.
As a San Francisco homeowner, Yelena also serves as secretary in her homeowners' association. She is very familiar with the issues and politics of condominium associations and can provide guidance on HOA matters. She is deeply familiar with the complexities around buying and selling tenant occupied properties, including unwarranted in-law units, and buyouts. She has an extensive network of experts that she can call upon to help her clients with numerous issues, including attorneys, accountants, and contractors.
Yelena joined the world of real estate in 2013, quickly rose up and became one of the top agents in San Francisco with a proven track record for success. With help of her superior business acumen, dynamic personality and large sphere of influence in San Francisco community, her business was flourishing and exceeding her own expectations. She employs world-class technology and the latest marketing tools and trends, such as social media advertising, virtual tours, drone technology, home staging, professional photography and videos, and digital marketing campaigns to build up interest around each of her listings. Her personal investment in marketing her properties results in record-breaking sales. About 99% of her business comes from referrals.
Yelena is a devoted mother to her three amazing children. She has the remarkable ability to multitask and play many different roles without letting any of those roles slide. Her husband Fabrizio has owned five successful restaurants in San Francisco. Through this partnership and the steadfast support of her husband, she had also observed the impact and changes in the economy through the years and developed an experiential understanding of the robust housing/rental market and business climate of the City.
Yelena speaks English, Russian, and Italian fluently. In her free time she is an avid traveler and enjoys her kids, her family, and her friends; tunes in to her favorite music; exercises by dancing; and dreams about future vacations.
