Zehra is an outstanding professional with deep expertise in all aspects of real estate transactions. As I left my home of eighteen years so that it could be remodeled and staged, Baxter Smith and the Lurie Group management team supervised and coordinated all the complex tasks and the various trades people. They recommended to me a highly competent design company for staging, brought on preferred painters, carpenters, electricians, photographers, lighting specialists and flooring people.

Alexander’s team was extremely effective in getting ready for the listing (minor repairs, photography, staging, etc), which allowed us to list on the early end of our planned range. His marketing approach was extremely effective and we got great attendance for the open houses as well as a few private showings even as COVID was starting to show itself in the Bay Area.

Their combination of grit, hustle, and humor was exactly what we wanted in someone with whom we were trusting the sale of our largest asset! Not only did the entire team deliver on marketing and selling our home in a timely manner, but they also were friendly and knowledgeable during the entire process, and helped make a stressful process as worry-free as possible.

Zander is always on the phone and he negotiates really hard. In our case, in a competitive multiple offer situation, we got a counteroffer as the second highest bidder, and actually won the house without increasing our bid price, only great terms.
